After two years of research, this project—carried out under the CDTI Innovation program—has been completed. It addressed the novel topic of studying the geomechanical behavior of different soil types (RCS and density) after they were treated with injections of various types of two-component resins under different operating conditions. The project culminated in data processing using machine learning and AI techniques and the creation of a model that can be operated via a web-based simulator.

MINE.THE.GAP provides direct financial support to SMEs through innovation vouchers. These vouchers are dedicated to the preparation of strategic plans, validation of ideas and proof of concepts/demonstrations activities to innovate in the mining and raw materials value chain. ATEGLOB has been recognized as the company with the most innovative idea in 2022.

ATEGLOB has obtained funding from the Foundation for the Promotion of Applied Scientific Research and Technology in Asturias (FICYT) to promote the transfer of knowledge and technology. The company focuses on business growth, expanding knowledge, developing products and techniques for application efficiency and greater presence in international markets. ATEGLOB offers technical advice on integrated prevention systems, and seeks adaptations of its products to new technologies through technical trips in the international market. ATEGLOB also focuses on resource optimization through innovation and sustainability assessments developed by the Enterprise Europe Network.
